The staff speaks English, French and Spanish and the office provides maps, restaurant listings and public phones. The wheelchair-accessible office is open daily from May to October, 9am to 7pm and from November to April, 9am to 6pm.
Self-guided audio tours of the city are €2, returnable before 5.30pm.
